Israel #1 in R&D Investment
Last week, Globes summarized the 2011 results of IMD’s World Competitiveness Yearbook that were pertinent to Israel. Most interesting perhaps was that Israel ranks as “… the world’s top investor in R&D as a proportion of GDP…”, leading to an overall ranking of 17th worldwide in competitiveness, just ahead of Austria and right behind Malaysia.
